Giving Money to our Schools - Free for you!

Hello All...
The economy seems bleak - maybe more so for some but bleak all the less. Working people are being laid off, funding for our children's education is being cut drastically and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
It's the time to tighten our purse strings, focus on our own survival and not others. Donating to good organizations is last on our minds. Whether you believe this or not, it is our own individual responses to the world and how we choose to live which will affect the quality of our lives and others'.
...that being said, there is some money out there for our schools. It takes a little initial effort to get started but in the end it is very passive.
One word: Escrip
Last year, we used it full-time and we had a hand in donating almost $80 for the year to the school of our choice, just by purchasing food and items from the businesses that participated!
According to the U.S. Bureau of the Census for 2007 there are 111,162,259 households in the U.S, about 83% of these households live above the poverty line. If these households joined Escrip and had a hand in donating just $70 a year that's over $6,458,000,000. for our schools, groups, and organizations!
