Spam musubi

I spent yesterday on my bike, riding all over Honolulu. I stopped at the beach at Ala Moana and got some ono (good) ride food: spam and rice.
(Musubi is almost like a variation of sushi but it does not have the rice vinegar that is used in sushi. Spam and rice is sandwiched between a piece of nori (dry seaweed) and usually eaten as a snack. Sometimes you can get it at the Asian celebration in Eugene. I second that, it's ono. -ja)
Earlier in the day, I rode thru a tunnel into the crater of Diamond Head.
