Apricot & Pistachio Pyramid

One of our favorite past times is perusing the cheese and wine section at the new Market of Choice on Willakenzie.
Sometimes you'll find a couple of ladies behind the gourmet cheese counter that will offer samples and suggestions. This is how we stumbled upon the Apricot & Pistachio Pyramid. It is sooo good! - Especially with brie and crackers
A couple of months later, yesterday in fact, I stumbled on the founder of Valley Produce Company. I was doing the quick peruse for an olive oil and there he was giving out samples of his wonderful products. I was in a bit of a rush and I couldn't chat too long but he suggested a wonderful olive oil.
I wish I could've stopped and tasted all of his products, maybe just maybe the truffle infused honey. I am regretting it.
Christopher Smith's company, Valley Produce, is in Australia and he's out stomping the pavement (or jet setting around the world) to promote his brilliant creations. You have to give him props for leaving such a beautiful place! (Even the older lady behind the cheese counter called him charming!)
So, if you see him at your market stay, chat, and taste the goodness.
