Netflix.com Rocks!

We love Netflix.com!
In less than two years we’ve saved $428* on movie rentals. This doesn’t even include what we saved in late fees, “restocking fees”, “lost” DVDs, gas, time, and emotional distress.
I became disenchanted with movie rentals when Blockbuster repeatedly lost the DVD and blamed us the customer, even though they had rented the DVD after we had returned it. There would be an issue once or twice a month for years (We never had a problem with Hollywood video but we moved away from one.)
So, Netflix saved us, and I am a running advertisement for their services and customer service. I have never had an issue with Netflix and if I had one, it would be resolved immediately, thus no issue.
What’s so endearing about Netflix is that they are always improving their technology. When I am logged on my account and thought, “They need to change this, they need to improve that ” it’s been changed within a month! As far as I am concerned, they are great up and coming business.
It’s especially useful if you don’t have cable (we only have cable for the World Cup: Soccer) and you love renting movies.
